By downloading or using Sunder, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Tom Watts grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sunder for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App
Sunder is a personal task management application. It is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Your Data
All data you create in Sunder is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your device. We are not responsible for any loss of data.
Limitations
Sunder is not intended for mission-critical or time-sensitive task management. We make no guarantees about the App's availability or reliability.
No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Tom Watts be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
